How is Caisey different from a general-purpose AI assistant?
Caisey is intentionally not prediction, automation, or generation. It applies format recognition to your firm's own documents and case knowledge, so every answer is grounded in your information rather than invented by a model. Answers carry source references back to the underlying documents so you can verify them.
What is Caisey Provenance?
Caisey Provenance is the verification layer. A licensed attorney can formally approve any AI-generated summary or answer, and each approval records the approving attorney, the date, and the source materials used. Approved outputs are collected on a centralized Provenance page so the whole team can build on validated work instead of redoing it.
Are our client documents sent to external AI platforms?
